摘要
针对“养殖水化学”课程教学中存在的知识脱离产业、技能训练虚化、素养目标模糊等问题,以产教融合为视角,构建了“基于岗位能力的知识模块重组、校企协同实训平台搭建、职业伦理与创新思维融合的素养培育”三位一体改革模式。教学实践表明,该模式显著提升了学生的实践应用能力与职业胜任力,为水产养殖复合型人才培养提供了可借鉴的路径。
Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of the"Aquaculture Water Chemistry"course,such as the disconnection between knowledge and industry,the lack of substantive skill training,and vague literacy development goals,this study constructs a tripartite integrated reform model from the perspective of industry-education integration.This model involves restructuring knowledge modules based on job competencies,establishing collaborative school-enterprise practical training platforms,and cultivating literacy that integrates professional ethics with innovative thinking.Teaching practice demonstrates that this model significantly enhances students'practical application abilities and professional competence,providing a reference model for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in aquaculture.
