钉扎磁浮列车分布式紧急制动控制多目标优化

Multi-objective Optimization of Distributed Emergency Braking Control for Pinning Maglev Trains

摘要 高温超导钉扎磁浮列车突遇直线电机失效时需进行紧急制动,为研究涡流制动器的控制方法和列车动力学行为,建立较完善的多编组列车纵向动力学模型并考虑两种控制器。一种是以期望加速度为目标控制制动力的简单控制器,但忽略磁浮架之间的相对误差以及车体与磁浮架的相互作用;另一种是“顾前型”滑模控制器,以缓解列车的纵向振荡。在满足系统稳定性要求的控制参数范围内进行拉丁超立方抽样,利用Kriging方法建立控制参数与动力学指标之间的代理模型,并通过NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法寻优,经多次加点迭代计算后获得制动效果相对最好的控制参数Pareto前沿。建立的纵向动力学模型可用于列车的纵向振动研究,经多目标优化后的“顾前型”滑模控制器可实现较理想的制动过程。 When a high-temperature superconducting pinning maglev train experiences a sudden failure of the linear motor,emergency braking is required.To investigate the control strategy of eddy current brake controller and train dynamic behavior,a comprehensive longitudinal dynamics model for multi-car train formations was established,considering two types of controllers.The first is a simple controller that regulates braking force based on desired acceleration but neglects the relative error between maglev bogies and the interaction between the carriage and bogies.The other is a look-ahead sliding mode controller designed to mitigate the train's longitudinal oscillations.Under the stability constraints of the interconnected system,Latin hypercube sampling was employed to explore the feasible range of control parameters.A surrogate model relating control parameters to dynamic performance indices was then constructed using the Kriging method.Subsequently,the NSGA-I genetic algorithm was applied for multi-objective optimization.By iteratively adding sampling points,the Pareto front representing optimal braking performance was obtained.The developed longitudinal dynamics model provides an effective framework for studying train vibration behavior,while the optimized look-ahead sliding mode controller achieves a smooth and efficient braking process.
