摘要
为探究交通业节能减排效率与绿色经济耦合协调关系,以长江经济带11个省(市)为研究对象,构建交通业节能减排效率与绿色经济评价指标体系,分别采用超效率SBM模型和熵值法测算交通业节能减排效率和绿色经济发展水平,运用耦合协调度模型探究二者耦合协调水平,并用核密度估计和Tobit模型分析其时空演变特征和影响因素。结果表明:2013—2022年长江经济带交通业节能减排效率呈先降后升趋势,绿色经济发展水平呈上升趋势;二者耦合协调水平在时序上持续向好,空间上呈长江下游领先,中游居中,上游较为落后的分布格局;科技创新、对外开放及产业结构对该区域耦合协调度有促进作用,能源消耗与其呈负相关,环境规制对其未有明显影响。最后根据研究结果提出针对性建议。
To explore the coupling coordination relationship between energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency of the transportation industry and green economy,this paper took 11 provinces(cities)in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,and constructed the evaluation index system of energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency of the transportation industry and green economy.Meanwhile,the super efficiency SBM model and entropy method were adopted to measure the energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency of the transportation industry and the development level of the green economy respectively.Then,the coupling coordination degree model was employed to explore the coupling coordination of the two,with the kernel density estimation method and Tobit model utilized to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors.The results show that from 2013 to 2022,the energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency of the transportation industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,while the development level of the green economy shows an upward trend.The coupling coordination degree of the two continues to improve in time sequence:Spatially,the lower reaches of the Yangtze River are in the lead,the middle reaches are in the middle,and the upper reaches are relatively backward.Scientific and technological innovation,opening up,and industrial structure play a role in improving the coupling coordination degree of this region,energy consumption negatively correlates with it,and environmental regulations have no significant influence on it.Finally,targeted suggestions were proposed based on the research results.
