摘要
全体人民共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是人民群众的共同期盼。职业教育作为面向人人、面向产业、面向创新、面向智能、面向国际的教育类型,既是我国高质量教育体系的重要组成部分,也是实现共同富裕的重要抓手。职业教育促进全体人民共同富裕是教育、经济、社会层面的理性选择,要遵从促进个体技能富裕、知识富裕到精神富裕的教育逻辑,促进高质量充分就业、畅通增收主渠道的经济逻辑,促进乡村振兴与共同富裕良性互动的社会逻辑。职业教育的要素配置优化、结构体系完善和功能释放增效构筑了促进全体人民共同富裕的良好运行机制,其中,要素配置优化是运行前提、结构体系完善提供运行动力、功能释放增效表征运行效能。当然,职业教育促进全体人民共同富裕,仍需进一步提升职业教育办学能力为共同富裕提质赋能,构建产教融合的职业教育体系激活共同富裕潜能,优化职业教育发展环境为共同富裕注入内生动力。
The common prosperity of all the people is the essential requirement of socialism and the common aspiration of the people.Vocational education,as an education type aimed at everyone,industry,innovation,intelligence,and the international community,is not only an important component of China's highquality education system,but also an important lever for achieving common prosperity.Vocational education promoting common prosperity for all people is a rational choice at the levels of education,economy,and society.It should follow the educational logic of promoting individual skills,knowledge,and spiritual prosperity,the economic logic of promoting high-quality and full employment,and the main channel for increasing income,and the social logic of promoting the benign interaction between rural revitalization and common prosperity.The optimization of the allocation of elements,the improvement of the structural system,and the enhancement of functional release and efficiency in vocational education have built a good operational mechanism to promote common prosperity for all people.Among them,the optimization of element allocation is the prerequisite for operation,the improvement of the structural system provides the driving force for operation,and the enhancement of functional release and efficiency represents the operational efficiency.Of course,vocational education promotes common prosperity for all people,and it is still necessary to further enhance the ability of vocational education to provide quality and empowerment for common prosperity,build a vocational education system that integrates industry and education,activate the potential for common prosperity,and optimize the development environment of vocational education to inject vitality into common prosperity.
