摘要
中国对外贸易如何实现绿色化转型,为高质量发展提供可持续基础,是当前亟待解决的现实难题。基于2006—2022年中国281个地级市及以上城市的面板数据,利用熵值法构建城市数字贸易指标,并通过空间杜宾模型(SDM)检验数字贸易对绿色经济效率的影响及其空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:数字贸易对绿色经济效率的影响表现为正向空间溢出效应;数字贸易对不同地理分布和不同收入水平地区的绿色经济效率具有不同的空间溢出效应;数字贸易能够通过促进绿色技术创新、激发市场活力与促进绿色物流,进一步推动本地区和邻近地区绿色经济效率的提升;数字贸易的空间溢出效应整体上呈现出衰减态势,并且空间溢出系数40~240公里以内的区域显著,超过240公里便不再显著;数字贸易具有显著的跨省溢出效应,对省外城市表现出更强的溢出效应。
How to achieve green transformation in China’s foreign trade and provide a sustainable foundation for high-quality development is an urgent practical problem that needs to be solved.Based on the panel data of 281 cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2006 to 2022,this paper constructs urban digital trade indicators using the entropy method and examines the impact of digital trade on green economic efficiency and its spatial spillover effect through the Spatial Durbin Model(SDM).The research results show that the impact of digital trade on the efficiency of the green economy is manifested as a positive spatial spillover effect.Digital trade has different spatial spillover effects on the efficiency of green economy in the regions with different geographical distributions and income levels.Digital trade can further enhance the efficiency of the green economy of the region itself and neighboring areas by promoting green technological innovation,stimulating market vitality and facilitating green logistics.The spatial spillover effect of digital trade as a whole shows an overall decreasing trend,and the spatial spillover coefficient is significant within the range of 40-240 kilometers,and no longer significant beyond 240 kilometers.Digital trade has a significant cross-provincial spillover effect,showing stronger spillover effects on cities outside the province.
