摘要
在数字经济与全球供应链重构的双重驱动下,数智化转型成为港口突破运营瓶颈、提升核心竞争力的重要抓手。本文以宁波舟山港为案例,立足创新生态系统理论与资源编排理论,结合港口运营实践,系统剖析数智赋能港口转型的内在机理与实现路径。研究发现:数智赋能通过数据要素激活、技术融合渗透、组织架构重构、生态协同联动、制度环境保障五大维度形成闭环驱动机理;宁波舟山港通过“技术赋能-平台搭建-业务重构-生态协同-制度保障”的五位一体实现路径,构建了“数据贯通+智能升级+协同高效”的转型模式,其经验可为其他港口数智化转型提供参考。
Driven by the dual impetus of the digital economy and the restructuring of global supply chains,digital and intelligent transformation has become a key means for ports to break through operational bottlenecks and enhance core competitiveness.Taking Ningbo-Zhoushan Port as a case study,this paper,based on the innovation ecosystem theory and resource orchestration theory,systematically analyzes the internal mechanism and implementation path of digital and intelligent empowerment for port transformation by integrating port operation practices.The research finds that digital and intelligent empowerment forms a closed-loop driving mechanism through five dimensions:activation of data elements,technology integration and penetration,organizational structure restructuring,ecological coordination and linkage,and institutional environment guarantee.Ningbo-Zhoushan Port has constructed a transformation model featuring data connection+intelligent upgrading+coordinated efficiency through a five-in-one implementation path of technological empowerment-platform construction-business restructuring-ecological coordination-institutional guarantee.Its experience can provide a reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of other ports.
