摘要
农村产业融合发展是指通过整合农业与其他产业,实现资源的优化配置和产业链的延伸。随着甘肃省农村产业融合发展的深入推进,打造出了一批优势特色突出、主导产业鲜明、模式绿色生态、规模集中连片的产业融合发展样板。现针对甘肃省农村产业融合发展现状与面临的困境,以甘肃省特色主导产业定西马铃薯和静宁苹果为案例,剖析了甘肃省农村产业融合发展实践路径。研究发现,定西马铃薯通过龙头企业引领“蓝天模式”,静宁苹果通过“产业链延伸、农业内部融合”等模式,实现了一二三产业高质量融合发展,成为当地农民增收、农业增效的强劲引擎和创新典范。据此,从多层次提升农村产业融合发展、多元化培育农村产业融合主体、建立更加紧密的联农带农机制、大力发展休闲农业和乡村旅游、多渠道完善农村产业融合发展等方面提出了甘肃省农村产业融合发展的对策建议。
Rural industry integration development refers to optimizing resource allocation and extending the industrial chain through the integration of agriculture with other industries.With the in-depth advancement of rural industry integration in Gansu Province,a number of demonstration models featuring prominent advantages,distinctive leading industries,green ecological patterns,and large-scale clustered development have been established.Focusing on the current situation and challenges of rural industry integration in Gansu,this study takes Dingxi potato and Jingning apple,two characteristic leading industries of the province,as typical cases to analyze the practical pathways of integration development.The results show that Dingxi potato,driven by leading enterprises through the'Sky Model',and Jingning apple,through approaches such as'Industrial-chain Extension and Agricultural Internal Integration',have achieved high-quality integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.These models have become strong drivers and innovative examples for increasing farmers'income and enhancing agricultural efficiency.Accordingly,recommendations are proposed from several dimensions,advancing agricultural industry integration at multiple levels,cultivating diversified entities for rural industry integration,establishing closer farmer-linked mechanisms,vigorously developing leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and improving rural industry integration through multiple channels.
