摘要
目的通过分析头颈癌患者在术后出院准备度方面的现状及其相关影响因素,为HNC患者针对性的干预方案提供依据。方法随机选取2022年10月1日—2024年10月31日期间,某院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的头颈癌术后患者100例作为研究对象。通过一般情况调查表、出院准备度量表及出院指导质量量表,分析头颈癌患者术后出院准备度现状,同时使用回归分析明确影响HNC患者出院准备度的影响因素。结果所有100例头颈癌患者的RHDS总评分为(85.6±8.5)分,个人状态(18.6±3.8)分,适应能力(39.8±2.7)分,预期性支持(25.6±5.9)。QDTS总评分为(120.3±9.7)分,实际患者获得的内容(36.6±4.9)分,指导技巧及效果(83.9±9.2)分。相关性结果提示,RHDS评分与QDTS评分之间呈相关性,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。多因素结果提示,影响头颈癌患者出院准备度的独立因素为年龄、文化程度、实际患者获得的内容、指导技巧及效果、出院指导质量,P<0.05。结论HNC患者的出院准备度处于中等水平,影响结果的因素包括年龄、文化程度以及出院指导的质量。这些信息不仅有助于临床医护人员更深入地理解患者的需求和面临的挑战,而且为制定具有针对性的出院指导策略提供了科学依据。
Objectives To analyze the current situation of postoperative discharge readiness of patients with head and neck cancer and its related influencing factors,and provide a basis for targeted intervention plans for HNC patients.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with head and neck cancer who were admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of a certain hospital from October 1st,2022 to October 31st,2024 were randomly selected as the research subjects.The current status of postoperative discharge readiness of patients with head and neck cancer was analyzed through the general situation questionnaire,the discharge readiness scale and the discharge guidance quality scale.Meanwhile,regression analysis was used to clarify the influencing factors affecting the discharge readiness of patients with HNC.Results The total RHDS score of all 100 patients with head and neck cancer was(85.6±8.5)points,the personal status was(18.6±3.8)points,the adaptability was(39.8±2.7)points,and the anticipatory support was(25.6±5.9)points.The total score of QDTS was(120.3±9.7)points,the actual content obtained by patients was(36.6±4.9)points,and the guidance skills and effects were(83.9±9.2)points.The correlation Results suggest that there is a correlation between the RHDS score and the QDTS score,with P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Multivariate Results suggested that the independent factors influencing the discharge readiness of patients with head and neck cancer were:age,educational level,the content actually obtained by the patients,guidance skills and effects,and the quality of discharge guidance,P<0.05.Conclusions The discharge readiness of patients with HNC was at a medium level.The factors influencing the outcome included age,educational level,and the quality of discharge guidance.This information not only helped clinical medical staff gain a deeper understanding of patients'needs and challenges,but also provided a scientific basis for formulating targeted discharge guidance strategies.
