“大思政课”视域下思政引领力的生成逻辑、系统架构与效能提升

The Generation Logic,Systematic Framework and Enhancement of Ideological and Political Guidance Power Under the Perspective of the "Grand Ideological and Political Course"

摘要强大的思政引领力是支撑强国建设、民族复兴伟业的力量根基。在“大思政课”背景下,系统提升思政引领力有其内在规律和要求。从生成逻辑来看,马克思主义理论为思政引领力提供了理论指引,中国特色思政教育为其生成提供了历史经验,教育强国建设为其生成提供了实践需求。从系统架构来看,提升思政引领力需要明确立德树人的思政教育目标体系、多维联动的思政教育内容体系、模式融合的思政教育方法体系以及科学智慧的思政教育评价体系。为确保这一系统架构有效运行,需通过靶向施策的顶层设计、强基固本的队伍建设、聚同化异的协同育人、科技赋能的模式创新,推动思政引领力实现从结构优化到功能释放的跨越式发展。 Strong ideological and political guidance power is the fundamental force supporting the construction of a strong nation and the great cause of national rejuvenation.Under the perspective of the"Grand Ideological and Political Course",systematically enhancing ideological and political guidance power follows its inherent laws and requirements.From the perspective of generation logic,Marxist theory provides theoretical guidance for ideological and political guidance power,China's characteristic ideological and political education offers historical experience for its generation,and the construction of an education—strong country provides practical demands for its generation.From the perspective of systematic framework,enhancing ideological and political guidance power requires clarifying the goal system of ideological and political education focused on moral cultivation and talent development,a multidimensional and interactive content system,an integrated method system and a scientifically intelligent evaluation system.To ensure the effective operation of this systematic framework,it is necessary to advance toplevel design with targeted policies,strengthen foundational team building,promote collaborative education through convergence of differences and innovate models through technological empowerment,thereby driving the leapfrog development of ideological and political guidance power from structural optimization to functional release.
