摘要
业财融合强调业务活动与财务管理的深度融合,对饲料企业的数据共享、流程协同和战略对接提出了更高要求。在此背景下,财务共享中心成为提高工作效率、提供决策支持的重要抓手,旨在构建标准化、规范化的综合服务平台,推动财会工作的转型升级。文章基于业财融合的背景,深入分析饲料企业财务共享中心当前存在的问题,并提出相应的服务转型路径,旨在将分散的财会工作集中、高效地处理,从而为饲料企业的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。
Business-finance integration emphasizes the deep integration of business activities and financial management,which puts forward higher requirements for data sharing,process collaboration,and strategic alignment in feed enterprises.Against this background,the financial shared service center has become an important means to improve work efficiency and provide decision support,aiming to build a standardized and regulated comprehensive service platform and promote the transformation of financial and accounting work.Based on the background of business-finance integration,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems of the financial shared service center in feed enterprises and proposes targeted service transformation paths,with the aim of concentrating and efficiently handling scattered financial and accounting work,thereby laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
