摘要
针对新时代高层次工程人才培养与产业需求脱节的难题,该文以智能检测与信号处理研究生课程为例,探索并实践科产教深度融合的课程建设新路径。研究构建产学无缝衔接的课程闭环育人路径,设计基于智慧课堂的“学、做、研、辩、创”五位一体多模态具身化教学模式,并对课程内容进行深度融合科研创新的系统性重构。实践表明,该路径有效破解校企协同育人的“痛点”与“堵点”,显著提升研究生的科技创新与工程实践能力,为自主培养服务国家重大战略的“新精宽”高层次人才提供可复制、可推广的系统性解决方案。
In response to the issue of disconnect between high-level engineering talent cultivation and industry demands in the new era,this paper takes the graduate course of Intelligent Detection and Signal Processing as an example to explore and practice a new path for deep integration of industry,academia,and education in curriculum construction.The research establishes a seamless curriculum closed-loop education path,designs a multi-modal embodied teaching model integrating"learning,doing,researching,debating,and creating"based on smart classrooms,and conducts a systematic reconstruction of the course content to deeply integrate scientific research and innovation.Practical results indicate that this path effectively addresses the"pain points"and"bottlenecks"of school-enterprise collaborative education,significantly enhancing graduate students'capabilities in technological innovation and engineering practice,and provides a replicable and scalable systematic solution for cultivating high-level talents that serve the country's major strategic needs in the"new engineering"paradigm.
