大学高质量发展的原生属性:内在逻辑与实践根基

摘要 大学高质量发展的原生属性,本质是对知识增长、创造性本能与学术神圣性的探索。其价值既体现为知识创新的本体释放与先导突破,也表现为新质生产的引擎作用和经世致用的实践转化。大学高质量发展的原生属性需恪守教育规律,培养创新与质疑精神,在批判中反思学术生态,遵循学术供给和社会需求的契合,具体体现了个体释放潜能、知识再造的先导性、新质生产的引擎性以及经世致用的实用性等价值。这一价值属性所蕴含的逻辑规律,既是驱动大学高质量发展的内生机制,也是其必须遵循的根本准则。然而实践中,指标化评价、标签化竞争与机械化发展模式正在制约着大学的高质量发展。为此,要开启大学高质量发展原生属性的精神支柱,淡化绩效驱动思维,为创造知识增量搭建外部条件,在包容性发展中恪守高质量发展的办学方向。 The inherent attributes of high-quality development in universities are essentially the exploration of knowledge,the instinct for creativity,and the sacredness of academia.Its value is reflected not only in the ontology release and pioneering breakthrough of knowledge innovation,but also in the engine role of new quality production and practical transformation for practical application.The inherent attribute of high-quality development in universities requires adherence to educational laws,cultivation of innovation and questioning spirit,reflection on academic ecology through criticism,and adherence to the alignment between academic supply and social demand.It specifically embodies the value of individual unleashing potential,pioneering knowledge reengineering,engine like production of new qualities,and practicality for practical application.The logical laws inherent in this value attribute are not only the endogenous mechanism driving the high-quality development of universities,but also the fundamental principles that must be followed.However,in practice,indicator based evaluation,label based competition,and mechanical models are becoming constraints on the high-quality development of universities,ultimately leading to performance first,academic homogenization,and deviating from the original logic of knowledge exploration.To this end,it is necessary to establish the spiritual pillar of high-quality development,weaken performance driven thinking,build external conditions for creating knowledge increment,and adhere to the direction of high-quality development in inclusive development.
