摘要
作为习近平文化思想的核心要义之一,“明体”通过“文化传承之体”“文化笃行之体”“文化互鉴之体”的有机统一与协同发力,构建起新时代文化建设发展的系统性逻辑。习近平文化思想彰显“达用”的实践逻辑,贯穿于新时代文化建设发展的领导力量、自觉自信、“两个结合”与使命任务。习近平文化思想中“体用贯通”的辩证逻辑,体现在其博古通今,坚持立足传统与关照当代的辩证统一;汇通中西,坚持扎根中国与放眼世界的辩证统一;守正创新,坚持固本培元与革故鼎新的辩证统一。
As one of the core essence of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,"clarifying the substance"establishes a systematic framework for the development of cultural construction in the new era through the organic unity and coordinated efforts of"the substance of cultural inheritance","the substance of cultural practice"and"the substance of cultural mutual learning".Xi Jinping Thought on Culture embodies the practical logic of"realizing the function",which runs through the leading force,self-awareness and confidence,the"Two Integrations"and the missions and tasks of the development of cultural construction in the new era.The dialectical logic of"integration of substance and function"in Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is reflected in three unifying dimensions:bridging ancient and modern wisdom by basing on tradition while addressing the present;connecting Chinese and global civilizations by taking root in China while embracing the world;and upholding fundamental principles while driving innovation,thereby consolidating foundations and pioneering new ground.
