摘要
优秀的编辑团队是形塑经典《鲁迅全集》的重要保障。在此过程中,编辑自身也经历了历史的演变。从《鲁迅全集》编辑人员的职业或身份来看,1938年版编辑队伍是临时性召集,掺杂“业余”性质。新中国成立后,随着出版社编辑制度的建立,1958年版组建了长期、稳定的专职编辑团队,冯雪峰、林辰、王士菁等成长为学者型编辑的代表。1981年版编辑历史最为复杂,前期主要实行“三结合”,1977年重新回到依靠专家的道路上,且开创出“学者+编辑”的组织方式。2005年版基本延续了1981年版这种组织方式,但团队数量大大精简。《鲁迅全集》编辑的历史既是鲁迅研究队伍的历史,也是当代知识分子的历史。
The evolution of The Complete Works of Lu Xun reflects the historical progression of its editorial teams.The 1938 edition was compiled by an ad hoc team with certain "amateur" characteristics.Following the establishment of institutionalized editorial systems in New China,the 1958 edition saw the formation of a long-term,stable professional editorial team,with Feng Xuefeng,Lin Chen and Wang Shijing emerging as exemplary scholar-editors.The 1981 edition involved the most complex editorial process:early stages relied on a "tripartite collaboration" model(integrating experts,editors,and public representatives),while post-1977 revisions reverted to expert-driven approaches and pioneered a "scholar-editor" organizational model.The 2005 edition largely retained the editorial framework of the 1981 version but significantly streamlined the number of editorial teams involved.The editorial history of The Complete Works of Lu Xun not only mirrors the development of Lu Xun studies but also encapsulates the intellectual history of contemporary China.
