摘要
防晕漆作为电机定子线棒的重要绝缘材料,其电阻特性对电机的运行性能和寿命有直接影响。本研究重点分析防晕漆的基本绝缘性能、在实际应用中的综合性能、温度和时间对防晕漆表面电阻率的影响,通过精确的实验设计,在各种条件下系统地测量防晕漆的可行性。结果表明:所开发的高性能防晕漆在模拟电机运行的高温环境下,能够保持较高的表面电阻率和良好的非线性系数,可有效抑制局部放电和电晕现象。
Anti-corona varnish,as an important insulating material for stator bar of the motor,its resistance characteristics have a direct impact on the operating performance and life of the motor.This study focused on analyzing the basic insulating properties of anti-corona varnish,the comprehensive performance in practical applications,and the effects of temperature and time on the surface resistivity of anti-corona varnish.Through accurate experimental design,the feasibility of anticorona varnish under various conditions was systematically measured.The results show that the developed highperformance anti-corona varnish can maintain high surface resistivity and good nonlinear coefficient in the high temperature environment simulating motor operation,and can effectively suppress partial discharge and corona phenomena.
