摘要
随着近年水产养殖业不断发展,水产动物疾病频繁,而抗生素又易产生耐药性及易残留等,并可通过生物富集对人体造成伤害。鱼源抗菌肽——Piscidins是抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)家族里的一员,只存在于鱼体中。目前已有大量研究表明,其比传统抗生素具有更广泛的生物效应,能够促进鱼体生长,增强免疫力和抗氧化能力,且不易产生耐药性,同时Piscidins还对革兰氏阴性菌、阳性菌有着较好的抑制效果。文章综述了Piscidins的结构、分类、生物活性、Piscidins的分子优化及在水产饲料中的应用,以便在水产养殖行业中得到更好的应用。
In recent years,with the continuous development of the aquaculture industry,diseases have occurred frequently.However,antibiotics have disadvantages such as the tendency to cause drug resistance and residue,which can cause harm to the human body through bioaccumulation.Piscidins,a member of the AMPs family,exists only in fish.At present,numerous studies have indicated that it has more extensive biological effects than traditional antibiotics,can promote the growth of fish,enhance immunity and antioxidant capacity,and is less likely to induce drug resistance.Meanwhile,Piscidins also has favorable inhibitory effects on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.This article reviews the structure,classification,biological activity,molecular optimization of piscidins,and its application in aquaculture feed to enable its better utilization in the aquaculture industry.
