平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮凹凸齿面曲率半径调节方法与接触状态分析

摘要 介绍平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮主要几何参数,并阐述其加工原理——大刀盘转动1圈,毛坯转动1个齿,进而实现全齿宽连续展成加工。为提高平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮传动系统承载能力,提出多直角梯形刀具单面切齿法来进行齿面修形。通过刀具错位安装实现凹齿面的曲率半径与凸齿面的曲率半径之差为零。根据加工原理推导出修形后的平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮凹、凸齿面方程,并通过仿真加工论证了凹、凸齿面成形过程。将未修形的平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮与修形后的平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮进行有限元静力学分析对比。结果表明,修形后的平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮齿面接触线更长,齿面接触应力更小,拥有更好的承载能力。研究结果将为高质量的平动螺旋齿线圆柱齿轮传动以及齿轮修形设计提供理论基础。 The main geometrical parameters of the translating spiral toothed line cylindrical gears were introduced,and its processing principle was explained—the big cutter disc rotates once,the blank rotates one tooth,so as to achieve the continuous spreading processing of the full width.In order to improve the bearing capacity of the translating spiral toothed line cylindrical gear transmission system,the multi-right-angled trapezoidal tool single-sided tooth cutting method was put forward to carry on the tooth surface modification.Through the staggered installation of the tool,the concave tooth surface radius of curvature and convex tooth surface radius difference of zero was achieved.According to the processing principle,the concave and convex tooth surface equations of the modified translating spiral toothed line cylindrical gears were deduced,and through the simulation of the process of the concave and convex tooth surface shaping process was demonstrated.The unmodified translating spiral toothed line cylindrical gears were compared with the modified translating spiral toothed line cylindrical gears by finite element static analysis.The results show that the modified translating spiral toothed line cylindrical gears have longer tooth contact lines,lower tooth contact stresses and better load carrying capacity.The results of the study will provide a theoretical basis for the design of high-quality translating spiral toothed line cylindrical gears and gear modification.
