摘要
以宁夏吴忠市红寺堡区溪村生态移民在不同时期的美好生活实践为研究对象,以国家大型水利工程实施及与之相关的水文化变迁为线索,通过田野事实展现溪村生态移民在搬迁前、搬迁初期以及生活稳定后对美好生活的认识及所向往美好生活样态的变化。搬迁前,生活在干旱山区的人们向往的美好生活中充满对饮食、穿着、出行、居住环境等基本物质资料的渴望;搬迁初期,村民在风沙肆虐的环境中重建家园,他们亟须更好的经济生活和更安全的社会环境;搬迁至溪村10余年后,村民的生活逐渐稳定,他们向往的美好生活样态也迈向对健康、教育、闲暇等更高阶的追求。溪村生态移民向往美好生活样态的变化,是国家力量与地方社会良性互动过程中村民从生存伦理迈向发展自觉的生动体现。
This study focuses on the ecological migrants of Xi Village in Hongshibu,Ningxia,using the implementa-tion of a major national water conservancy project and the associated transformations in water culture as a central frame-work.Through field research,it examines how these ecological migrants perceived and aspired to an improved quality of life prior to relocation,during the initial resettlement phase,and after achieving stability in their new environment.Before relocation,residents of the arid mountainous region expressed a strong desire for fundamental material necessities,includ-ing access to potable water,food,clothing,transportation,and an improved living environment.During the early stages of resettlement,migrants reconstructed their homes amidst severe sandstorms and faced an urgent need for enhanced econom-ic conditions and a more secure social environment.More than a decade following their relocation to Xi Village,the villag-ers’lives gradually stabilized,and their aspirations evolved toward higher-level goals such as health,education,and lei-sure.The progression of these aspirations among the ecological migrants in Xi Village vividly illustrates the constructive interaction between national initiatives and local society,signifying a shift from a survival-oriented ethic to a deliberate pursuit of development.
