摘要
食品安全风险评估是食品质量与安全管理的核心科学,兼具理论与实践性,在我国开课时间较晚,教学内容和形式较单一。双语教学虽有助于培养具备国际视野和综合素质的专业人才,但教学难度较大,学生缺乏学习主动性。将PBL-CBT模式应用于本课程双语教学中,有助于构建知识体系,优化教学内容,提高学习效率,培养实践能力。通过考试成绩对比研究,结合学生问卷反馈,发现该模式切实有效,可为食品安全相关专业课程教学和人才培养提供参考。
“Food Safety Risk Assessment”serves as a core science in food quality and safety management,which is either theoretical or practical.In China,this course was introduced relatively late,and its teaching content and forms remaining rather limited.Although bilingual teaching contributes to cultivating professionals with international vision and comprehensive capabilities,it poses greater challenges to teachers,and a lack of learning initiative to students.Applying the PBL-CBT(Problem-Based Learning-Case-Based Teaching)teaching model to the bilingual teaching of this course helps construct knowledge systems,optimize teaching content,improve learning efficiency,and enhance practical abilities.By comparing analysis of exam scores combined with student questionnaire feedback,this model has been proven effective,providing a reference for the teaching of professional courses and talent cultivation in food safety-related fields.
