人工智能语境下机器换人与劳动治理——基于“萝卜快跑”引致劳动关系变革的分析

The Substitution of Human Labor by Machines and Labor Governance in the Context of Artificial Intelligence-A Perspective on Investigating Labor Relations Transformation Induced by“Apollo Go”

摘要 人工智能技术作为极具颠覆性的新兴技术之一,正在以前所未有的广度和深度冲击着劳动力市场,引发一系列就业争议和挑战。以“萝卜快跑”为切入点,审视人工智能自动驾驶技术的落地进程及其对就业市场的冲击,阐述技术变革驱动的劳动关系转变及其引发的人机竞争关系,研究发现:智能革命导致就业脆弱性加剧,产生了劳动后台化、劳动客体化、劳动失能化和劳动萧条化等劳动关系新议题。未来,需从构建过渡性人机协同机制、完善社会保障网络、推动劳动力与产业结构转型升级、培养前瞻性人才四个方面,构建面向智能时代的人机关系新范式,为应对智能革命背景下劳动关系变革带来的就业挑战提供理论启示与实践指导。 As one of the most disruptive emerging technologies,artificial intelligence technology currently impacts the labor market with an unprecedented breadth and depth,sparking employment disputes and challenges.Through the lens of“Apollo Go”,this paper examines the implementation of AI-driven autonomous vehicle technology and its impact on the employment,mainly analyzing the transformation of labor relations driven by technological change and the resulting human-machine competition in the labor market.The investigation finds that the Al-driven revolution has led to an intensification of employment vulnerability,giving rise to problems in labor relations such as the labor shift to backstage,the labor objectification,the labor incapacitation,and the labor stagnancy.In the future,a new paradigm of human-machine relationship for the intelligent era needs to be constructed from four aspects:establishing a transitional human-machine collaboration mechanism,improving the social security network,upgrading the labor force and industrial structure,and cultivating forward-looking AI skilled professionals.This paper aims to provide potential theoretical inspiration and practical guidance for addressing the employment challenges brought by the transformation of labor relations in the context of the Al-driven revolution.
