摘要
小左心室(LV)患者血液循环有其独特的生理和病理生理学特点,心房颤动与小LV相互影响,导管消融对小LV合并心房颤动患者有益。在主动脉瓣狭窄中,小LV患者心脏代偿能力差,经导管主动脉瓣置换术虽可改善心功能,但术后瓣周漏、LV流出道梗阻等并发症影响小LV患者预后,小LV患者出现主动脉瓣狭窄预后不佳。
Patients with a small left ventricle(LV)exhibit unique physiological and pathophysiological characteristics in their circulatory system.The interplay between atrial fibrillation and a small LV is significant,and catheter ablation has been shown to be beneficial for patients with a small LV and atrial fibrillation.In the context of aortic stenosis,these patients demonstrate poor cardiac compensatory capacity.Although transcatheter aortic valve replacement can improve cardiac function,complications such as paravalvular leakage and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction adversely affect their prognosis.Patients with a small LV have a poor prognosis when presenting with aortic stenosis.
