摘要
以新质生产力赋能是实现粮食产业高质量发展的必由之路。文章首先阐述新质生产力的内涵特征,探究新质生产力赋能粮食产业高质量发展的基本逻辑。进而以马克思主义系统观和产业升级思想为切入点,构建“要素特质-产业结构-功能取向”的理论框架,对新质生产力赋能粮食产业高质量发展进行逻辑解构。但需要认识到的是,以新质生产力赋能粮食产业高质量发展仍面临政策联动效果有限、要素支撑能力不强、产业结构存在短板、科技创新脱节等现实阻滞。对此,应在政策体系、要素优化、结构转型、科技创新方向展开实践路径探索。
New quality productive forces becomes the core driving force and inevitable requirement for higher-quality development of the grain industry.First,this paper expounds on the connotation characteristics of new quality productive forces,and explores the basic logic of new quality productive forces to empower the high-quality development of the grain industry.Then,based on the Marxist system view and the idea of industrial upgrading,the theoretical framework of“factor characteristics-industrial structure-functional orientation”is constructed,and the logical approach of new quality productive forces to empower the high-quality development of the grain industry is deeply analyzed.However,it should be recognized that empowering the high-quality development of the food industry with new quality productive forces still faces practical obstacles such as limited policy linkage effect,weak factor support capacity,shortcomings in industrial structure,and disconnection of scientific and technological innovation.To this end,it is necessary to explore the practical path in the direction of policy systems,factor optimization,structural transformation,and scientific and technological innovation.
