顾及区域性差异的Galileo HAS空间信号误差评估

摘要 针对由于伽利略卫星导航系统(Galileo)高精度服务(HAS)在中国区域缺乏地面监测站,导致其在中国区域的服务性能不佳,且现阶段其在中国区域的定位性能尚未得到充分研究的问题,提出一种顾及区域性差异的Galileo HAS空间信号误差评估方法:基于2024年4月中国及欧洲区域的观测数据,利用Galileo HAS和德国地学研究中心(GFZ)精密产品,对Galileo HAS进行整体性能评估,结果表明,Galileo HAS中全球定位系统(GPS)和Galileo改正数据的总体可用性分别可达91.7%和95.7%,对应空间信号用户测距误差(SISRE)分别为12.8 cm和8.0 cm;然后提出基于瞬时空间信号用户测距误差(IURE)评估不同区域空间信号质量的方法,分析Galileo HAS在中国和欧洲区域的空间信号误差。实验结果表明,GPS和Galileo系统在中国区域对应的IURE分别为3.1 cm和2.3 cm,在欧洲区域分别为2.5 cm和1.9 cm,中国区域的IURE为欧洲区域的1.22倍;Galileo HAS的水平和高程定位误差在中国区域分别为9.4 cm和17.2 cm,在欧洲区域分别为7.4 cm和11.2 cm,中国区域的三维(3D)定位误差为欧洲区域的1.46倍。上述结果表明,IURE与定位结果呈现出一致性,能够反映不同区域的空间信号误差。 Aiming at the problems that due to the lack of ground monitoring stations in the China region,the performance of the augmentation products of Galileo navigation satellite system(Galileo)high accuracy service(HAS)in this area is suboptimal,and the positioning performance of Galileo HAS in the China region remains insufficiently studied,the paper proposed an assessment method of Galileo HAS signal-in-space errors considering regional differences:the overall performance of Galileo HAS was evaluated based on observation data from China and Europe in April 2024,using Galileo HAS corrections and precise products from the German Research Centre for Geosciences(GFZ),and the results showed that the overall availability of global positioning system(GPS)and Galileo correction data in Galileo HAS would be 91.7%and 95.7%,respectively,with corresponding signal-in-space user ranging errors(SISRE)of 12.8 cm and 8.0 cm;then,the method for evaluating the quality of space signals in different regions was put forward based on instantaneous user range error(IURE),to analyze the spatial signal errors of Galileo HAS in both China and Europe.Experimental results indicated that the IURE for GPS and Galileo systems in the Chinese region would be 3.1 cm and 2.3 cm,respectively,while in Europe,the IURE would be 2.5 cm and 1.9 cm,making the IURE in China 1.22 times greater than in Europe;moreover,the horizontal and vertical positioning errors of Galileo HAS in China would be 9.4 cm and 17.2 cm,respectively,while in Europe,they would be 7.4 cm and 11.2 cm,making the three dimension(3D)positioning error in China 1.46 times greater than in Europe.These results suggested that the IURE and positioning performance could be consistent,reflecting regional differences in spatial signal errors.
