摘要
目的对河南省急诊医护人员共情能力与社会支持情况进行相关性分析,为早期实施干预提供理论依据和参考。方法采用便利抽样方法,应用一般资料调查表、中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),对河南省122家二级以上医院急诊科共842例医护人员进行问卷调查,应用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。结果河南省急诊医护人员PSSS总分(60.06±12.57)分,IRI-C总分(46.82±6.78)分,领悟社会支持总分及其家庭支持、朋友支持和其他支持3个维度与共情能力总分及其共情关注、观点采择、想象力3个维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.01);个人悲伤与社会支持总分及各维度呈负相关;共情关注、观点采择得分能正向预测社会支持总分(β=0.219,P<0.01;β=0.240,P<0.01),个人悲伤得分能负向预测社会支持总分(β=-0.239,P<0.01)。结论河南省急诊医护人员的共情能力处于中等偏下水平,领悟社会支持水平处于中等偏上水平,共情能力可预测领悟社会支持水平,需加强急诊医护人员共情能力建设,提高其社会支持水平,有利于医护人员身心健康,有助于改善医患关系。
Objective To analyze correlation between the empathy ability and social support of emergency medical staff in Henan Province,to provide a theoretical basis and reference for early intervention.Methods A total of 842 medical staff in the emergency departments of 122 secondary and above hospitals in Henan Province was investigated by accidental sampling,general data questionnaire,interpersonal reactivity-Chinese version(IRI-C)and perceived social support scale(PSSS).SPSS statistical software was for data analysis.Results The total score of PSSS and IRI-C were(60.06±12.57)and(46.82±6.78)respectively.The total score of perceptive social support and the three dimensions of family support,friend support and the other supports were positively correlated with the total score of empathy ability and the three dimensions of empathy attention,opinion selection and imagination(P<0.01).Empathy attention and opinion picking scores could positively predict the total score of social support(β=0.219,P<0.01;β=0.240,P<0.01),personal sadness score could negatively predict total social support score(β=-0.239,P<0.001).Conclusion The empathy ability of emergency medical staff in Henan Province is at a medium to low level,and the level of perceived social support is at a medium to high level.Empathy ability can predict the level of perceived social support.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of empathy ability of emergency medical staff and improve their level of social support,which is conducive to the physical and mental health of medical staff and helps to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
