可再生能源利用效率的碳减排效应研究

摘要 推动可再生能源效率提升是实现能源系统低碳转型的关键。基于经济-能源-环境(3E)耦合协调发展的思想,创新性构建含有可再生能源利用效率的碳减排数理模型,进一步利用中国2011—2022年30个省份的面板数据评估其降碳效应。研究发现,提高1%的可再生能源利用效率可使碳排放下降约0.063%,该结论在多种稳健性检验下均成立。机制分析显示,提高可再生能源利用效率通过降低火力发电机组利用时间减少碳排放。此外,可再生能源利用效率呈现碳减排的空间溢出效应;且在能源富集的西部省份碳减排效应更强。研究结果为可再生能源促进碳减排方面提供了重要的理论与实践价值,有助于更好地推进能源高效利用与碳减排协同发展。 Promoting the improvement of renewable energy utilization efficiency(REUE)is of great theoretical and practical significance for achieving the low-carbon transformation of the energy system.Based on the idea of the coupled and coordinated development of economy,energy and environment(3E),this study innovatively constructs a mathematical model for carbon emission reduction containing REUE.and evaluates the carbon reduction effect of REUE by using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022.The results reveal that increasing REUE by 1%can lead to a reduction in carbon emissions by approximately 0.063%.This conclusion holds true under various robustness tests.The mechanism analysis indicates that enhancing REUE reduces the operation time of thermal power generating units.Additionally,REUE presents a spatial spillover effect of carbon emission reduction,and exhibits a stronger carbon emission reduction effect in the western provinces,where the energy resources are rich.The research results offer potent theoretical and practical values for promoting carbon emission reduction by renewable energy,and contribute to better advancing the coordinated development of efficient energy utilization and carbon emission reduction.
