起重机动态监管的实现途径与物联网技术应用研究

摘要 物联网技术凭借全面感知、可靠传输和智能处理的特性,为起重机动态监管提供了创新解决方案。研究了系统研究起重机动态监管的实现路径,探讨了物联网技术在运行状态监测、故障诊断、人机协同管理等环节的具体应用。通过构建基于物联网的动态监管系统架构,分析了硬件选型与软件设计要点。研究表明,物联网技术的应用能实现起重机运行数据的实时采集与智能分析,对推动起重机监管向智能化、精准化方向发展具有重要意义。 Internet of Things technology provides innovative solutions for dynamic supervision of cranes with its comprehensive perception,reliable transmission,and intelligent processing characteristics.This research systematically studies the implementation path of dynamic supervision of cranes,and deeply explores the specific applications of IoT technology in operational status monitoring,fault diagnosis,human-machine collaborative management,and other aspects.By constructing a dynamic monitoring system architecture based on the Internet of Things,analyze the key points of hardware selection and software design.Research has shown that the application of IoT technology can achieve real-time collection and intelligent analysis of crane operation data,which is of great significance for promoting the development of crane supervision towards intelligence and precision.
