摘要
乳腺癌为全球女性高发恶性肿瘤,近年发病年轻化,青年患者占比上升。乳房重建术作为乳房切除术后的重要选择,可修复形态缺陷、恢复躯体协调,提升患者生活质量并助其回归社会,已成为乳腺癌综合治疗的关键组成部分,其术式主要分为自体重建与假体重建,兼顾美学效果与抗肿瘤安全性。随着手术技巧的提升、材料的升级及患者健康理念转变,乳房切除术后重建因优化美学效果受医患青睐。本文通过对乳腺癌术后重建的意义、术式选择、知信行现状和护理模式进行综述,旨在为临床个体化手术选择和护理方案制定提供参考。
Breast cancer is a highly prevalent malignant tumor among women worldwide,with a rising incidence among younger populations in recent years.As a critical option following mastectomy,breast reconstruction surgery repairs anatomical defects,restores body symmetry,enhances patients'quality of life,and facilitates social reintegration.It has become an integral component of comprehensive breast cancer treatment.Primary techniques include autologous tissue reconstruction and implant-based reconstruction,balancing aesthetic outcomes with oncological safety.With advancements in surgical techniques,innovations in materials,and evolving patient health awareness,postmastectomy reconstruction is increasingly favored by both clinicians and patients for its optimized aesthetic results.This article reviews the significance of postmastectomy reconstruction,surgical options,current knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)status,and nursing models,aiming to provide references for individualized surgical decision-making and nursing protocol development.
