摘要
教育家精神深度融入乡村教师队伍建设,可从系统论的整体性、层次性和开放性三重进路出发。整体性融入是将教育家精神与乡村教师队伍建设作为两个相互嵌合的整体,贯穿于人才培养体系的重构、结构性改革及教师情感根基的培育之中,推动教育家精神转化为队伍建设的价值内核。层次性融入是在将乡村教师划分为“新手级”“熟手级”“专家级”的基础上,以教育家精神助力其分级实现从“留下来”到“教书匠”再到“教育家型教师”的专业成长,构筑以精神滋养的教师专业成长阶梯式培养体系。开放性融入是通过消解资源、空间与文化边界约束,依托城乡教育资源共建共享、虚实教学空间互动、乡土文化创造性转化,激活教育家精神的内生性发展动能。三重进路有机联动,为破解乡村教师队伍的治理困境提供系统方案。
The construction of rural teacher teams constitutes a systematic project that necessitates the deep integration of the spirit of educators from the holistic,hierarchical,and open dimensions of systems theory to achieve high-quality development.Holistic integration entails embedding the spirit of educators throughout the entire chain of talent cultivation system restructuring,structural reforms,and sustainable development,establishing it as the core value of rural teacher development.Hierarchical integration aligns with the phased characteristics of teachers'professional growth,creating a progressive paradigm from"novice"to"competent practitioner"and ultimately to"educator-type expert",thereby constructing a stepwise developmental framework where the spirit of educators nurtures professional advancement.Open integration,grounded in dissipative structure theory,breaks through resource,spatial,and cultural constraints via urban-rural resource co-creation,virtual-physical space interactions,and innovative transformations of local culture to activate the endogenous dynamics of the spirit of educators.The organic synergy of these three approaches offers systematic solutions to governance challenges in rural teacher teams'development,fostering a virtuous cycle of professional growth and educational revitalization.
