考虑延伸轮齿接触效应的齿轮传动系统非线性动力学分析

Nonlinear dynamics analysis of a gear transmission system considering the effects of extended tooth contact

摘要 为了研究延伸轮齿接触(extended tooth contact,ETC)效应对齿轮传动系统非线性动力学特性的影响,在系统的动力学模型中引入了考虑ETC效应的时变啮合刚度。利用增量谐波平衡(incremental harmonic balance,IHB)法求解了齿轮传动系统的全局动力学响应,对比动力学响应表征的理论结果和试验结果,验证了考虑ETC效应系统动力学模型的有效性。通过改进的Floquet理论确定了系统动力学响应的稳定性和分岔特性。基于动力学响应揭示了系统的跳跃现象和非线性软弹簧特性,分析了ETC效应对系统动力学特性的影响,研究了载荷对系统动力学响应稳定性和分岔特性的影响。研究表明:在鞍结分岔点处系统产生跳跃现象;啮合轮齿分离导致系统产生非线性软弹簧特性;随着载荷增大,系统频率响应曲线上的鞍结分岔点在竖直方向向上移动,导致频率响应曲线上的不稳定区域逐渐减小;与不考虑ETC效应相比,考虑ETC效应后系统频率响应曲线的最大振幅减小了9.79%。 In order to investigate the effects of extended tooth contact(ETC)on nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a gear transmission system,the time-varying mesh stiffness considering the ETC effect was introduced into the dynamic model of the system.Global dynamic responses of the gear transmission system were obtained using the incremental harmonic balance(IHB)method,and the effectiveness of the dynamic model of the system considering the ETC effect was verified as comparing the experimental and the theoretical dynamic response results.Stability and bifurcation characteristics of the dynamic responses of the system were determined employing the improved Floquet theory.Jump phenomena and nonlinear softening-spring characteristics of the system were revealed based on the dynamic response results analysis,influences of the ETC effect on the dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed,and effects of loads on stability and bifurcation characteristics of the dynamic responses were investigated.The results show that there are jump phenomena at saddle-node bifurcation points,nonlinear softening-spring characteristics are caused by the separation of engaged teeth;saddle-node bifurcation points in frequency response curves of the system move upward in the vertical direction with the increasing of loads,which results in the unstable regions of frequency response curves gradually becoming small;the largest amplitude of the system frequency response when considering the ETC effect is reduced by 9.79%as compared with that neglecting the ETC effect.
