摘要
晶粒粗大、内部残余应力等因素造成制件机械性能下降是包括金属激光直接沉积在内的金属激光增材制造面临的主要挑战之一。在金属激光直接沉积过程中,同步对增材层进行机械冲击是改善此问题的一种可行方法。为此,设计了一种基于工业振动电机驱动的同步锤击装置,采用SolidWorks软件对装置功能进行仿真,激光熔覆头在构建增材层的同时,锤头能跟随激光熔覆头一起移动,对增材层进行锤击。锤头锤击力成周期性变化,调整振动电机转速可控制锤击力大小。设计方案可为金属激光直接沉积工业化生产中改善制件性能提供参考。
One of the main challenges faced by metal laser additive manufacturing,including direct metal laser deposition,is the decrease in mechanical properties of parts caused by factors such as coarse grain size and internal residual stress.Synchronized mechanical impact on the additive layer during metal laser direct deposition is a feasible method to improve this problem.For this purpose,a synchronous hammering device based on industrial vibration motor drive was designed.The device had a compact structure and small volume,and can synchronously hammer the additive layer during the material forming process.SolidWorks software was used to simulate the device functions.While constructing the additive layer,the laser cladding head could move the hammer head together with the laser cladding head,and then hammer the additive layer.The hammer force layer of the hammer head changes periodically,and the size of the hammer force could be controlled by adjusting the vibration motor speed.The design scheme could provide useful reference for improving the performance of parts in industrial production of metal laser direct deposition.
