摘要
为提高双三相永磁同步电机(dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor,DTP-PMSM)转矩控制性能,基于磁场调制机理分析,研究转矩数学建模,提出基于电流波形优化的电机转矩性能提升方法。首先,基于气隙磁场调制理论建立计及齿槽转矩的双三相永磁同步电机转矩脉动模型,推导定子相电流与转矩脉动之间的数学映射关系,获得影响电机主要转矩脉动分量的电流谐波频次,给出电流谐波控制电机主要转矩脉动分量的通用表达式。其次,通过有限元分析(finite element analysis,FEA),在额定工作范围内某一工况下提取用于抑制电机转矩脉动的谐波电流幅值和相位系数,该控制系数可适用于电机其他工况下转矩脉动抑制。在此基础上,进一步设计一种基于无差拍-分数阶重复控制(deadbeat predictive-fractional order repetitive control,DP-FORC)的复合谐波电流控制方法,通过有效控制次谐波电流,实现电机转矩脉动抑制与转矩密度提升。最后,通过实验验证所提出的转矩模型、电流控制方法以及转矩性能提升方法的有效性。
Based on the analysis of airgap field modulation theory,this paper studies the torque model of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors(DTP-PMSMs)and proposes a strategy to improve the torque performance by current optimization.A torque ripple model of DTP-PMSM is established,which effectively considers the cogging torque ripple based on airgap field modulation theory.The relationship between the phase current and the torque ripple is derived to obtain the current harmonic frequency that affects the main torque ripple component and to give a general expression for the torque ripple controlled by current harmonics.Through finite element analysis(FEA),the harmonic current amplitude and phase coefficient used to suppress the torque ripple are extracted under any condition within the rated operating range.This control coefficient can be applied to the torque ripple suppression under other working conditions of the motor.On this basis,the paper further designs a composite harmonic current control method based on deadbeat predictive-fractional order repetitive control(DP-FORC).By effectively controlling harmonic currents,the torque ripple is suppressed and the torque density is improved.The effectiveness of the proposed torque model,the current control method,and the torque performance improvement strategy is verified through experiments.
