摘要
针对防水透气膜声学透过不足问题,基于多孔介质声传播机理构建微观结构与声学性能耦合模型,提出微孔均匀化、阻抗渐变层级复合及纳米表面疏水协同优化方案。测试结果表明,该设计在各种常见应用场景下的声学透过率、频响平坦度及语音清晰度等核心指标均获得了显著提升,可为智能安防音视频一体化提供可靠的技术支撑。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient acoustic transmission of waterproof and breathable membrane,a coupling model of microstructure and acoustic performance is established based on the acoustic propagation mechanism of porous media,and a collaborative optimization scheme of micropore homogenization,impedance gradient hierarchical composite and nano-surface hydrophobicity is proposed.The test results show significant improvements in acoustic transmittance,frequency response flatness and speech clarity across common application scenarios,which provides reliable technical support for the integration of intelligent security,audioand video.
