列宁《怎么办?》中蕴含的宣传思想及时代启示

摘要 列宁《怎么办?》中蕴含着丰富宣传思想,主要体现在宣传主体的构成和宣传方式的运用上。宣传主体由理论家、宣传员、鼓动员和组织者构成,四者扮演不同角色并各司其职。宣传主体采用不同方式开展理论斗争,这些方式主要包括四个方面,即到工人群众中去收集一手宣传素材;加深、扩大、加强政治揭露和鼓动;从外面向工人阶级灌输阶级政治意识;办好全俄政治报聚合一切革命力量。做好新时代的宣传思想文化工作应从《怎么办?》中蕴含的宣传思想得到启迪,做到紧紧围绕中心工作,服务人民群众;全力办好党报党刊,做优网络媒体;注重发扬批判精神,批驳错误思潮;加强构建宣传链条,形成大宣传格局。采取这些措施,可以更有效地传播党的创新理论,形成良好宣传格局。 Lenin’s What Is to Be Done?is rich in public communication thoughts,which is mainly embodied in the composition of communication subject and the application of communication methods.The subject consists of theorists,publicity agents,mobilizers and organizers,each of whom has their own roles to play.The subject employs various methods to conduct theoretical struggles,which mainly include four aspects:going among the workers to collect first-hand publicity materials;deepening,expanding,and strengthening political exposure and mobilization;instilling class political consciousness into the working class from the outside;and running an all-Russian political newspaper to unite all revolutionary forces.To do a good job in public communication and culture in the new era,we should draw inspiration from the communication thoughts in What Is to Be Done?,closely focus on the central work and serve the people.Efforts should be made to run Party newspapers and periodicals well,optimize online media,vigorously promote the spirit of criticism to refute erroneous trends of thought,and strengthen the construction of the publicity chain to form a large-scale publicity pattern.These measures can more effectively promote the Communist Party of China’s innovative theories and form a sound publicity pattern.
