摘要
针对垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液重金属离子等污染物超标导致传统活性污泥处理工艺难以适用的问题,采用化学强化一级处理工艺选择性去除渗滤液中的有害物质,并对有机质进行资源化回收利用。结果表明,化学强化一级处理工艺可回收渗滤液中92%以上的有机质,削减超过80%的重金属、SS、TP等有害物质;渗滤液有机质具有和商业乙酸钠相似的功效,可提高15%以上的污水TN去除率。
To solve the problem that the leachate of waste incineration plants contains pollutants such as heavy metal ions exceeding the standard,making the traditional activated sludge process unsuitable,a chemically en-hanced primary treatment(CEPT)process was emplayed to selectively remove harmful substances from the leachate and recycle the organic matter for resource utilization.The results showed that the CEPT process could recover over 92%of the organic matter in the leachate and reduce over 80%of harmful substances such as heavy metals,SS,and TP.The leachate-derived organic matter demonstrated efficacy similar to commer-cial sodium acetate increasing the TN removal rate of sewage by over 15%.
