摘要
为了评估西南技术物理研究所研发的FC-Ⅲ型激光测风雷达在实际业务运行中的探测和预警能力,本文选取拉萨贡嘎机场的自动观测站资料和激光测风雷达探测资料,对2023年6月3日本场一次晴空低空风切变特征进行分析。结果表明:此次低空风切变过程主要是由高空风动量下传、地面午后增温及湍流加强等因素共同配合而形成的;FC-Ⅲ型激光测风雷达在此次业务保障中,对风切变的水平位置、垂直高度、强度分布等要素都进行了较好的探测,在风切变开始前10 min便能探测到本场附近环境风场的变化,其监测结果也与机组报告的风切变情况基本一致,可见其在监测和预警高高原机场低空风切变方面具备一定的能力。
To evaluate the detection and early warning capabilities of the FC-Ⅲ wind lidar developed by the Southwest Institute of Technical Physics in actual operational applications,the automatic observation stations data and the wind lidar detection data at Lhasa Gonggar Airport were used to analyze the characteristics of a clear-air low-level wind shear event that occurred on June 3,2023.The results show that the low-level wind shear event was primarily caused by the combined effects of downward transport of momentum from upper-level winds,afternoon surface heating,and intensified turbulence.During this operational mission,the FC-Ⅲ wind lidar effectively detected the horizontal position,vertical height and intensity distribution of wind shear.It was able to detect the changes of environmental wind field near the airport 10 minutes before the start of wind shear.The monitoring results were also largely consistent with the wind shear conditions reported by the flight crew,demonstrating the potential of wind lidar to monitor and provide early warnings for low-level wind shear at high-plateau airports.
