动态液膜式连续流反应器的研发与应用

摘要 近年来连续流反应技术在精细化工与医药中间体制造领域得到了快速发展,微通道反应器、动态管式反应器、回路反应器等新型连续流反应器的开发与应用起着关键作用。但是针对高黏度、高固含量以及多相非稳态体系,受到进出料堵塞、原料与反应产物出现包浆等问题的影响,仍需进一步开发适应这些特殊条件下的新型反应设备。选取某化工企业的苯并咪唑酮硝化反应作为研究对象,利用动态液膜式连续流反应器进行实验研究,并与等条件下动态管式反应器的实验结果进行对比。结果表明:使用动态液膜式连续流反应器的收率均在99.1%以上,最高可达到99.4%,能满足企业的收率99%的要求,而同等条件下的动态管式反应器的收率则达不到企业的要求。动态液膜式连续流反应器的研发将为精细化工和制药领域的复杂反应体系的连续流反应工艺的实现提供新的思路和借鉴作用。 In recent years,continuous flow reaction technology has developed rapidly in the fields of fine chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates manufacturing.The development and application of new continuous flow reactors such as microchannel reactors,dynamic tubular reactors and loop reactors play a key role.However,for high viscosity,high solid content and multiphase unstable systems,due to problems such as feed and discharge blockage or the formation of agglomerates in raw materials and reaction products,it is still necessary to further develop new reaction equipment that can adapt to these special conditions.Based on years of dedication to the development of continuous flow reaction processes and complete sets of equipment,the research group I am in has developed a dynamic liquid film continuous flow reactor by applying the idea of high-speed centrifugal force to enhance the molecular mixing and reaction process.This article provides a brief introduction to its development process,working principle,and features.Based on this,we selected A nitration reaction of benzimidazole ketone from a chemical company was selected as the research subject.Experimental studies were conducted using the dynamic liquid film continuous flow reactor,and the results were compared with those from an equivalent dynamic tubular reactor under the same conditions.The results show that the yield of the dynamic liquid film continuous flow reactor is all above 99.1%,with a maximum of 99.4%,which can meet the company′s yield 99%requirement.In contrast,the yield of the dynamic tubular reactor under the same conditions fails to meet the company′s requirements.The development of the dynamic liquid film continuous flow reactor will provide new ideas and reference for the realization of continuous flow reaction processes in complex reaction systems in the fields of fine chemical and pharmaceutical.
