摘要
为改良水稻籼型不育系荣丰A的稻瘟病抗性,本研究以携带广谱持久抗稻瘟病基因Pigm的水稻品种谷梅4号为供体亲本,使用Pigm的共显性功能标记M143104对荣丰A及其保持系荣丰B开展辅助选择育种,并开展田间试验进行抗性鉴定与不育特性、农艺性状、产量性状分析,以期遴选出综合性状优良的改良不育系及改良保持系。结果表明:荣丰A-Pigm-3高抗稻瘟病,并且高度不育,不育株率及不育度均为100%,总柱头外露率达54.3%,包颈粒率为21.8%,播始历期65 d,株高52.6 cm,单株有效穗数20.3,主穗穗长21.5 cm,主穗单穗颖花数124.1。保持系荣丰B-Pigm-3高抗稻瘟病,播始历期63 d,株高71.1 cm,单株有效穗数17.9,主穗穗长21.3 cm,主穗单穗颖花数131.5,结实率74.8%,千粒质量23.5 g,单株理论产量41.4 g。最终本研究遴选出了不育特性和综合农艺性状优良的三系不育系荣丰A-Pigm-3及保持系荣丰B-Pigm-3,为稻瘟病抗性改良育种提供了优质的种质资源。
To enhance the blast resistance of the indica cytoplasmic male-sterile line Rongfeng A,this study utilized rice cultivar Gumei No.4,which carries the broad-spectrum and durable blast resistance gene Pigm,as the donor parent to con-duct marker-assisted selection(MAS)on the indica cytoplasmic male-sterile line Rongfeng A and its corresponding main-tainer line Rongfeng B,employing the codominant functional marker M143104 associated with Pigm.Field trials were con-ducted to evaluate blast resistance,sterility characteristics,agronomic traits,and yield-related traits,aiming to select the optimal improved sterile line and its corresponding maintainer line with superior comprehensive traits.The results showed that Rongfeng A-Pigm-3 exhibited high resistance to blast and complete sterility,with a sterility rate and sterility degree both at 100%.The total stigma exsertion rate was 54.3%,the panicle enclosure rate was 21.8%,the growth duration from sowing to heading was 65 days,the plant height was 52.6 cm,the effective panicles per plant were 20.3,the main panicle length was 21.5 cm,and the number of spikelets per main panicle was 124.1.The maintainer line Rongfeng B-Pigm-3 al-so demonstrated high blast resistance,with a growth duration of 63 days,plant height of 71.1 cm,effective panicles per plant of 17.9,main panicle length of 21.3 cm,spikelets per main panicle of 131.5,seed setting rate of 74.8%,1000-grain weight of 23.5 g,and theoretical yield per plant of 41.4 g.Ultimately,this study successfully selected the superior three-line sterile line Rongfeng A-Pigm-3 and its maintainer line Rongfeng B-Pigm-3,which exhibits excellent sterility characteristics and outstanding comprehensive agronomic traits,providing high-quality germplasm resources for blast resis-tance breeding in rice.
