非均质条件下厚煤层瓦斯抽采方案研究

Research on Gas Drainage Scheme for Thick Coal Seam under Inhomogeneous Conditions

摘要 针对阜生煤业煤层松软、透气性差、抽采困难的问题,对二采区1201工作面运输巷抽采孔布置方式进行对比。利用Weibull分布函数模拟煤层非均质特征,建立气-固耦合模型模拟瓦斯抽采规律,通过COMSOL数值模拟软件模拟分析了三种顺层钻孔分布方案下瓦斯抽采效果,比较在抽采相同时间后剩余瓦斯吸附量的大小,确定最优钻孔分布方案。研究结果表明:抽采60 d后,采用单排孔布置时煤层瓦斯吸附量为10 m^(3)/t,双排孔布置时煤层瓦斯吸附量在9 m^(3)/t,三花孔布置时煤层瓦斯吸附量8 m^(3)/t,三花孔分布、钻孔间距1.5 m的布置方案更为合理。经现场应用,抽采96 d后,采用三花孔分布时瓦斯抽采浓度达30.09%,纯量为0.0142 m^(3)/min,三花孔分布抽采效果最优。 Aiming at the problems of soft coal seams,poor permeability,and difficult extraction in Fusheng Coal Industry,a comparison is conducted on the layout way of extraction holes in 1201 working face of the second mining area.The Weibull distribution function is utilized to simulate the coal seam inhomogeneous characteristics,and a gas-solid coupling model is established to simulate the gas drainage law.Through COMSOL numerical simulation software,the gas drainage effects under three types of bedding hole drilling distribution schemes are analyzed.The remaining gas adsorption amounts after the same extraction time are compared to determine the optimal hole drilling distribution scheme.The research results show that after 60 days of extraction,the coal seam gas adsorption amount is 10 m^(3)/t when adopting a hole arrangement with single row,9 m^(3)/t when using a hole arrangement with double row,and 8 m^(3)/t when using a hole arrangement with three-flower.The layout scheme with a three-flower hole distribution and a hole drilling row spacing of 1.5 m is more reasonable.After on-site application,after 96 days of extraction,the gas drainage concentration reaches 30.09%when adopting a three-flower hole distribution,with a scalar quantity of 0.0142 m^(3)/min.The extraction effect of the three-flower hole distribution is the best.
