摘要
为探寻绿色环保的水体有机污染物处理方法,本研究以园林废弃物松针叶为原料,选用Na_(2)HPO_4、Na_(2)CO_(3)为活化剂,改变活化剂用量,在高温条件下成功制备出多孔碳材料P-BC、C-BC。采用FTIR、SEM、BET等方法对多孔碳材料进行了表征。探究了不同条件下多孔碳材料对水中亚甲基蓝的捕获吸附能力。实验发现,当溶液初始浓度为29.57 mg/L、pH值为7、温度为25℃、投加量为1 g/L时,亚甲基蓝在P-BC-3(松针与Na_(2)HPO_4质量比为3:1)表面的吸附于120 min时达到平衡,平衡时吸附量为26.74 mg/g。当溶液初始浓度为44.85 mg/L、pH值为7、温度为30℃、投加量为3g/L时,亚甲基蓝在C-BC-1(松针与Na_(2)CO_(3)质量比为1:1)表面的吸附亦于120 min时达到平衡,平衡时吸附量为13.68 mg/g。P-BC-3和C-BC-1对亚甲基蓝的捕获吸附均符合二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温模型。经Na_(2)HPO_4、Na_(2)CO_(3)活化后的多孔碳材料对亚甲基蓝的捕获能力优于未活化处理的松针生物炭。研究结果为水体有机污染物的有效治理及园林废弃物资源的再利用提供了新思路。
To explore green and environmentally friendly methods for treating organic pollutants in water,the porous carbon materials,namely P-BC and C-BC,were fabricated.Using pine needles from garden waste as raw materials,disodium hydrogen phosphate(Na_(2)HPO_(4))and sodium carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3))were selected as activators.By varying the dosage of these activators and conducting the process under high-temperature conditions,the porous carbon materials were successfully prepared.And these materials were characterized by FTIR,SEM,and BET methods.The adsorption capacity of the porous carbon materials for methylene blue in water under different conditions was investigated.The experiments found that when the initial concentration of the solution was 29.57 mg/L,the pH value was 7,the temperature was 25℃,and the dosage was 1 g/L,the adsorption of methylene blue on the surface of PBC-3(with a mass ratio of pine needles to Na_(2)HPO_(4) of 3:1)reached equilibrium at 120 minutes,with an equilibrium adsorption capacity of 26.74 mg/g.When the initial concentration of the solution was 44.85 mg/L,the pH value was 7,the temperature was 30℃,and the dosage was 3 g/L,the adsorption of methylene blue on the surface of C-BC-1(with a mass ratio of pine needles to Na_(2)CO_(3)of 1:1)also reached equilibrium at 120 minutes,with an equilibrium adsorption capacity of 13.68 mg/g.The adsorption of methylene blue by P-BC-3 and C-BC-1 conformed to the second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.The porous carbon materials activated by Na_(2)HPO_(4) and Na_(2)CO_(3)had better capture and adsorption capacity for methylene blue than the unactivated pine needle biochar.The research results provide new ideas for the effective treatment of organic pollutants in water and the reuse of garden waste resources.
