摘要
农村意识形态建设是中国共产党在农村地区开展的重要思想政治工作,在新时代中国特色社会主义事业中占据着极端重要的战略地位。基层党组织既是农村意识形态建设的核心领导者和有力推动者,又是农村意识形态阵地的坚定捍卫者,其肩负这样的角色源于中国共产党先进的文化特质、成功的意识形态建设经验和严谨的组织结构。在面对部分农村地区物质基础薄弱、人才队伍及工作作风建设不够完善、宣传教育工作方法存在不足、农村思想文化多元化等困境时,基层党组织应通过以实现农民群众经济利益为切入点、以加强自身组织建设为立足点、以改进宣传工作方法为突破点、以完善农村文化场域为着眼点等一系列优化策略,引领并推动新时代农村意识形态建设工作深入展开。
Rural ideological construction is an important ideological and political work carried out by the Communist Party of China in rural areas,and it holds an extremely significant strategic position in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The grassroots Party organizations are not only the core leaders and powerful promoters of rural ideological construction,but also the staunch defenders of rural ideological frontlines.They can assume such roles thanks to the advanced cultural traits of the Communist Party of China,successful ideological construction experience,and rigorous organizational structure.When facing the difficulties such as weak material foundation in some rural areas,insufficient improvement in the talent team and work style construction,inadequate methods of publicity and education,and the diversification of rural ideological culture,the grassroots Party organizations lead and promote the in-depth development of the ideological construction work in rural areas in the new era through a series of optimization strategies,such as focusing on realizing the economic interests of farmers as the entry point,strengthening the construction of their own organizations as the foothold,improving the methods of publicity work as the breakthrough point,and focusing on improving the rural cultural field as the key point.
