摘要
根据装机平台需求,基于传导冷却热设计、隔振系统设计理论,设计了一种环控风冷混合冷却的机载模块化综合机架,详细阐述了整机结构、散热、力学隔振及大气环境等设计因素,有助于风冷模块化综合机架设计技术在机载平台的发展。通过理论计算、环境适应性仿真校核和试验验证,设备的环控散热及力学隔振设计满足环境适应性要求,通过材料及器件选择控制、结构设计防护和表面防护措施等方式保证设备的大气环境设计满足要求。该机架在高效混合冷却和大气环境设计方面进行了大量的探索和实践,对其他机载环控风冷机架有很强的指导意义。
This article is based on the requirements of the installed platform,drawing from principles of thermal design for conduction cooling and vibration isolation system design,an aircraft-mounted modular integrated rack that utilizes a combination of air cooling and mixed cooling techniques has been designed.This comprehensive approach involves detailed elaboration on the structural design of the entire system,thermal management strategies,mechanical vibration isolation design,and atmospheric environment considerations.This design methodology is instrumental in advancing the technology of air-cooled,modular integrated racks for aircraft platforms.Through theoretical calculations,environmental adaptability simulations,and practical testing,our design ensures that the air conditioning and mechanical vibration isolation meet the environmental adaptability criteria.Various strategies such as the material and component selection,structural design protection,and surface treatment are utilized to ensure that the atmospheric environment requirements are met.The exploration and implementation of this rack’s efficient mixed cooling and atmospheric environment design offer valuable insights and guidance for the development of other aircraft-mounted air-cooled modular racks.
