摘要
中华民族共同体与人类命运共同体理论思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。对人民性、包容性与和平性的追求是“两个共同体”理念的共有意涵。要在发掘“两个共同体”共有意涵的基础上坚持尚“真”、致“善”、唯“准”和敢“斗”的核心要义,进一步掌握国际宣介的战略主动。尚“真”要求国际宣介内容具有真实性,展现真实全面的中华民族发展历史和文明特质;致“善”要求国际宣介内容体现中国人民和世界人民对“人性之善”的共同追求;唯“准”要求实现“两个共同体”理念诠释的准确性和宣介策略的精准性;敢“斗”要求正视国际传播话语权斗争的残酷性,既要拥有坚定的斗争意识,还要不断精进斗争艺术。要在实践取向方面构建完备的外宣话语体系,完善多部门协作共管机制,强化国际宣介人才队伍建设。
The theoretical concepts of community for the Chinese nation and a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind constitute vital components of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Both paradigms share core values centered on affinity to people,inclusiveness,and peace.To seize strategic initiative in international communication,it is essential to build upon the common connotations of these two communities while adhering to four methodological principles:advocating truthfulness,pursuing goodness,ensuring precision,and daring to struggle.Advocating truthfulness demands authentic representation of the Chinese nation's developmental history and civilizational characteristics in international discourse.Pursuing goodness requires reflecting the universal human quest for ethical goodness shared by both the Chinese people and global communities.Ensuring precision entails maintaining interpretative accuracy of the two community concepts and strategic exactness in promotion approaches.Dare to struggle involves recognizing the intensifying competition in international discourse power,requiring both firm resolve and refined communicative strategies.Practically,this necessitates systematic enhancement of three dimensions:refining the architecture of external communication discourse systems,optimizing multi-departmental coordination mechanisms,and strengthening international promotion personnel development.
