摘要
为约束综合能源系统碳排放并应对可再生能源与负荷的不确定性,文章提出一种基于改进信息间隙决策理论的含多类型储能调度策略。首先,在供能侧引入风光出力相关性约束,并在负荷侧结合冷、热、电多类型需求响应。在此基础上,以最小化系统运行成本和碳交易成本为目标,构建确定性经济低碳调度模型。进一步地,针对源荷两侧的不确定因素,提出改进的信息间隙决策理论方法,通过熵权法量化不确定性参数的权重,并采用线性加权策略将其整合至鲁棒性与机会约束模型中,从而揭示不同风险偏好下的最优调度规律。最后,通过算例仿真验证了所提策略在经济性、低碳性和灵活性方面的有效性。
To constrain the carbon emissions of the integrated energy system and address the uncertainty of renewable energy and load within the system,a scheduling strategy for the integrated energy system containing multiple types of energy storage resources based on an improved information gap decision theory is proposed.Firstly,the correlation constraint of wind and solar power output is introduced on the supply side,and combined with the multi type demand response of cooling,heating,and electricity on the load side,a deterministic economic low-carbon scheduling model is constructed with the goal of minimizing system operating costs and carbon trading costs.Secondly,in response to the uncertain factors at both the source and load sides of the system,an improved information gap decision-making method is adopted to model multiple uncertain factors,the introduction of linear weighting combines the uncertainty parameters at both ends of the source load with the adjustment weights given by the entropy weight method,and establish robust and opportunity models,and explore the optimal scheduling strategy of the integrated energy system under different risk preference conditions,providing guidance for the dynamic operation of the system.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in terms of economy,low-carbon,and flexibility was verified through numerical simulation results.
