摘要
随着信息技术在医疗行业的深入运用,医院信息系统的稳定性和可靠性对医疗服务质量和患者安全已变得极为关键。然而,目前缺乏一个全方位、系统性的评估体系来评测医院信息系统的弹性能力。本研究通过文献回顾和实例剖析,构建起一个包含基础设施、数据管理、应用系统、安全防护和组织管理五个维度的医院信息系统弹性能力评估体系。该体系融合了技术、管理和人员等多重要素,为医疗机构评价和增强信息系统的弹性能力奠定了理论基础和操作指导。研究结果表明,这一评价机制能够有效检测医院信息系统的潜在风险和薄弱环节,帮助医疗机构制定针对性改善策略以提升信息系统抵御风险和恢复的能力。这一研究为医疗机构信息化建设、医疗服务质量和病患安全的保障提供了关键理论支持。
With the intensive use of information technology in the healthcare industry,the stability and reliability of hospital information systems have become extremely critical to the quality of healthcare services and patient safety.However,there is a lack of an all-encompassing and systematic evaluation system to assess the resilience capability of hospital information systems.In this study,we constructed a resilience assessment system for hospital information systems with five dimensions:infrastructure,data management,application system,security protection,and organizational management through literature review and example analysis.The system integrates multiple elements such as technology,management and personnel,and lays a theoretical foundation and operational guidance for healthcare organizations to evaluate and enhance the resilience capability of information systems.The results of this study show that this evaluation mechanism can effectively detect the potential risks and weaknesses of hospital information systems,and help healthcare organizations formulate targeted improvement strategies to enhance the ability of information systems to withstand risks and recover.This study provides key theoretical support for the construction of informationization in medical institutions and the guarantee of medical service quality and patient safety.
