摘要
以选大2号、吉青、吉柞882、永青为亲本,配制二元杂交种选大2号×吉青和吉柞882×永青,再以两个单交种为材料配制四元杂交组合,通过ApNPV抗性筛选及全茧量的选择,历经14年系统分离选育,于2021年育成柞蚕大茧型抗病品种吉抗2号。抗病性、茧丝质量、蛹蛾质量和繁育性能、饲养性能结果表明,新品种在千粒茧重、产卵量、实用孵化率、茧层率、鲜茧出丝率、抗病力等方面,形成了特征特性稳定遗传的青黄蚕血统的柞蚕抗病新品种。全茧量12.01g,千粒茧重11.62kg,收蚁结茧率49.14%;较选大4号、永青、吉柞889等品种杂交优势明显。
Using Xuanda No,2,Jiqing,Jizuo 882,and Yongqing as parental lines,the single-cross hybrids Xuanda No.2 X Jiqing and Jizuo 882 X Yongqing were developed.These two hybrids were then used to create a four-way cross combination.Through ApNPV resistance screening and selection for whole cocoon weight,the large-cocoon disease-resistant tussah variety Jikang2 was bred in 2021 after 14 years of systematic selective breeding.Results for disease resistance,cocoon silk quality,pupal/moth traits,reproductive performance,and rearing efficiency demonstrated that the new variety exhibits stable genetic characteristics of the cyan-yellow lineage.It shows advantages in thousand-cocoon weight(1l.62 kg),egg production,practical hatchability,cocoon shell percentage,raw silk yield from fresh cocoons,disease resistance.Notably,it achieved a whole cocoon weight of 12.0l g and a rate of cocooning after hatching of 49.14%.Hybrid superiority was evident compared to control varieties Xuanda No.4,Yongqing,and Jizuo 889.
