摘要
为探究不同光质和光周期对粉色樱桃番茄幼苗生长和果实品质的影响,本研究以纯合粉色樱桃番茄自交系20CL0125-0为材料,设置6种光质处理[白光(CK)、红光∶蓝光∶白光=3∶2∶3(T1)、红光∶蓝光∶白光=2∶1∶3(T2)、红光∶蓝光∶白光∶紫外光=8∶5∶5∶1(T3)、红光∶蓝光∶白光∶远红光=4∶2∶3∶1(T4)、红光∶蓝光∶白光∶远红光∶紫外光=6∶4∶5∶2∶1(T5),总光量子通量密度为(360±10)μmol/(m^(2)·s)]和5种光周期处理[12 h光照/12 h黑暗(T4-1)、14 h光照/10 h黑暗(T4-2)、16 h光照/8 h黑暗(T4-3)、18 h光照/6 h黑暗(T4-4)、20 h光照/4 h黑暗(T4-5)]。结果表明:播种后14 d,T3处理番茄幼苗净光合速率和相对电子传递速率显著高于CK、T1处理、T4处理和T5处理(P<0.05),T4处理番茄幼苗超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于CK、T1处理、T2处理、T3处理和T5处理(P<0.05);T5处理番茄幼苗过氧化物酶活性显著高于CK、T1处理、T2处理、T3处理和T4处理(P<0.05)。T3处理番茄果实可溶性糖和可溶性固形物含量显著高于CK、T2处理、T4处理和T5处理(P<0.05)。播种后24 d,T4-5处理番茄幼苗全株鲜重、全株干重、壮苗指数和根冠比显著高于T4-1处理、T4-3处理(P<0.05)。播种后14 d,T4-3处理番茄幼苗叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和净光合速率最高,显著高于T4-1处理、T4-2处理、T4-4处理和T4-5处理(P<0.05)。T4-3处理番茄果实可溶性糖含量和可溶性固形物含量显著高于T4-1处理、T4-2处理(P<0.05)。隶属函数评价结果表明,采用红光∶蓝光∶白光∶远红光=4∶2∶3∶1(光子通量密度比)的光质,结合16 h光照/8 h黑暗的光周期,能够显著促进番茄的生长发育,并有效提升果实品质。本研究结果为樱桃番茄工厂化高效栽培提供了理论依据。
To explore the effects of different light qualities and photoperiods on the growth of pink cherry tomato seedlings and fruit quality,this study used the purebred pink cherry tomato inbred line 20CL0125-0 as the experimental material.Six light quality treatments were set up,including white light(CK),red light∶blue light∶white light=3∶2∶3(T1),red light∶blue light∶white light=2∶1∶3(T2),red light∶blue light∶white light∶ultraviolet light=8∶5∶5∶1(T3),red light∶blue light∶white light∶far-red light=4∶2∶3∶1(T4),and red light∶blue light∶white light∶far-red light∶ultraviolet light=6∶4∶5∶2∶1(T5),with a total photon flux density of(360±10)μmol/(m^(2)·s).Five photoperiod treatments were also applied,including 12 h light/12 h darkness(T4-1),14 h light/10 h darkness(T4-2),16 h light/8 h darkness(T4-3),18 h light/6 h darkness(T4-4),and 20 h light/4 h darkness(T4-5).The results showed that 14 days after sowing,the net photosynthetic rate and relative electron transport rate of tomato seedlings under T3 treatment were significantly higher than those under CK,T1,T4,and T5 treatments(P<0.05).The superoxide dismutase activity of tomato seedlings under T4 treatment was significantly higher than that under CK,T1,T2,T3,and T5 treatments(P<0.05).The peroxidase activity of tomato seedlings under T5 treatment was significantly higher than that under CK,T1,T2,T3,and T4 treatments(P<0.05).The soluble sugar and soluble solids contents in the tomato fruits under T3 treatment were significantly higher than those under CK,T2,T4,and T5 treatments(P<0.05).Twenty-four days after sowing,the fresh weight,dry weight,seedling vigor index,and root-to-shoot ratio of tomato seedlings under T4-5 treatment were significantly higher than those under T4-1 and T4-3 treatments(P<0.05).Fourteen days after sowing,the chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,and net photosynthetic rate of tomato seedlings under T4-3 treatment were the highest and were significantly higher than those under T4-1,T4-2,T4-4,and T4-5 treatments(P<0.05).The soluble sugar and soluble solids contents in the tomato fruits under T4-3 treatment were significantly higher than those under T4-1 and T4-2 treatments(P<0.05).The results of the membership function evaluation indicated that the light quality with a photon flux density ratio of red light∶blue light∶white light∶far-red light=4∶2∶3∶1,combined with a photoperiod of 16 h light/8 h darkness,could significantly promote the growth and development of tomato plants and effectively improve fruit quality.The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the factory efficient cultivation of cherry tomatoes.
