摘要
全球治理的现代性困局呼唤中华和平型现代文明的出场,但目前学界对和平型现代文明范式的出场逻辑、哲学根基与价值意蕴尚缺乏深入阐释。从出场逻辑来看,西方对抗性文明范式下的暴力现代化进程构成了和平型现代文明的历史批判逻辑,而中国式现代化的和平演进则成为其现实建构逻辑。西方现代性通过侵略战争、殖民掠夺、贩奴贩毒等手段完成原始积累,形成对抗型文明范式。这种以支配—掠夺为核心的制度设计,直接导致全球治理的结构性失衡与文明冲突的常态化;中国式现代化通过“主权平等型和平”“发展驱动型和平”“互利共赢型和平”三阶段演进,证明非暴力现代化路径的可行性,形成基于系统共生的非零和博弈型现代文明范式。从哲学根基来看,儒释道“和”思想与“天人合一”整体主义思维使中华文明突破主客二分的认知范式,构建“差异协同—动态平衡”的认知框架,为现代文明演进提供更具适应性的思维路径。和平型现代文明的出场具有深刻的价值意蕴,破除“单线进化论”迷思、打破“西方中心论”神话、超越“文明冲突论”陷阱,为全球治理提供平等对话、制度互鉴、文明共生的中国方案。从理论上实现从“主客对立”到“系统共生”的范式革命,完成了对西方文明范式的扬弃;在实践中构建兼具历史合法性与未来导向性的人类文明新形态,为人类文明演进开辟非对抗式现代化路径。
The modern predicament of global governance calls for the emergence of China’s peace-oriented modern civilization.However,academia has yet to fully elaborate on the emergence logic,philosophical foundations,and value implications of such a civilization paradigm.From the perspective of its emergence logic,the violent modernization process under the confrontational paradigm of Western civilization provides a historical critique,while the peaceful evolution of Chinese modernization offers a constructive reality-based foundation.Western modernity achieved its primitive accumulation through aggressive wars,colonial plunder,and the trafficking of slaves and narcotics,thus establishing a domination-exploitation model at the core of its civilization framework.This structure has led to systemic imbalances in global governance and the normalization of civilization conflicts.In contrast,Chinese modernization has progressed through three phases:“equal sovereign peace”,“development-driven peace”,and“mutually beneficial peace”,demonstrating the viability of a non-violent modernization path and giving rise to a modern civilization paradigm characterized by systemic symbiosis and non-zero-sum dynamics.Philosophically,the Chinese traditions of Confucianism,Buddhism,and Taoism emphasize“harmony”(he)and the holistic worldview of“Harmony between Heaven and Humanity”(tian-ren-he-yi),breaking through the subject-object dichotomy and constructing a cognitive framework of“coordinated diversity and dynamic balance”,which provides a more adaptive path for the evolution of modern civilization.The emergence of a peace-oriented modern civilization carries profound value implications:it dismantles the myth of“linear evolutionism”,challenges the narrative of“Western-centrism”,and transcends the trap of the“clashes of civilizations”,offering a Chinese solution for global governance based on equal dialogue,mutual learning among institutions,and civilization coexistence.Theoretically,it signifies a paradigm shift from subject-object antagonism to systemic symbiosis,representing a dialectical transcendence of the Western civilization model;in practice,it fosters a new form of human civilization that balances historical legitimacy with future orientation,opening a non-confrontational path toward modernization for the evolution of human society.
