摘要
改革开放以来,我国硕士研究生分类培养政策先后经历独立学术学位期、学位类型分化期、分类培养过渡期、分类培养质量提升期和分类培养体系形成期。研究基于历史制度主义视角,发现其演进逻辑为:其一,政府的理性主导政策走向、经济的市场化与国际化发展以及文化教育观念的转变是宏观背景层面的深层结构;其二,自我强化和羊群效应的形成是中观制度层面的路径依赖;其三,利益相关者之间的供需矛盾与协同培养是微观行动者层面的动力机制。硕士研究生分类培养政策的未来优化应当把握社会经济、文化教育发展的关键节点,合理利用政策演进的路径依赖,构建具有中国特色的硕士研究生分类培养体系,促进多元主体协同推进政策变革。
Since reform and opening-up,the China's policy of classified training for master's students has experienced five stages:independent academic degree period,degree type differentiation period,classifed train-ing transition period,classified training quality improvement period and classified training system formation pe-riod.Based on the perspective of historical institutionalism,it is found that such evolution logics of the policy of China's classified training for master s students are as follows:firstly,the government's rational leading of policy trends,economic marketization and international development,the transformation of cultural and educational concepts are the deep structures at the macro background level.Secondly,the formation of self-reinforcement and herding effect are the path dependence at the meso-institutional level.Thirdly,the supply and demand contradiction and cooperative training among stakeholders are the dynamic mechanism at the micro-actor lev-el.The paths of the improvement of classified training policy for master's students should grasp the key nodes of the development of social economy,culture and education,make reasonable use of the path dependence of poli-cies evolution,build a classified training system for master's students with Chinese characteristics,and enhance the coordination of multiple subjects to promote the policy reform.
