摘要
目的:探究对腺病毒感染后闭塞性细支气管炎患儿实施临床标准化护理的效果。方法:从昆明医科大学附属红河医院2023年2月至2024年5月收治的腺病毒感染后闭塞性细支气管炎患儿中选取72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受临床标准化护理,对比综合依从率、病症恢复时间以及炎性因子指标。结果:护理后,观察组综合依从率高于对照组;观察组患儿病症恢复时间更短;观察组患儿的炎性因子指标结果优于对照组。以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床标准化护理可促进腺病毒感染后闭塞性细支气管炎患儿病症恢复,在提高其临床综合护理依从率、改善其炎症因子水平方面效果更优,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical standardized nursing for children with bronchiolitis obliterans after adenovirus infection.Methods:72 children with bronchiolitis obliterans after adenovirus infection admitted to the Hospital of Honghe State Affi liated to Kunming Medical University from February 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received clinical standardized nursing.The comprehensive compliance rate,disease recovery time and infl ammatory factor indexes in the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the comprehensive compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The recovery time of the observation group was shorter.The results of infl ammatory factors in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical standardized nursing can promote the recovery of children with bronchiolitis obliterans after adenovirus infection,improve the compliance rate of clinical comprehensive nursing and improve the level of infl ammatory factors,which is worth promoting.
