KCl改性Ni-Cu-Mo-La-Al催化含氯有机废液水蒸气重整制合成气

KCl Modified Ni-Cu-Mo-La-Al Catalyst for Steam Reforming of Chlorinated Organic Waste Liquid to Produce Syngas

摘要 随着石油化工、纺织、印染、农药、金属加工、皮革和食品化工等行业工业规模的扩大,产生的有机废液日益增多,如何有效处理有机废液以减少对环境的危害成为热点问题。采用共沉淀法制备Ni-Cu-Mo-La-Al催化剂,考察KCl引入量对其结构和催化性能的影响,通过含氯有机废液水蒸气重整制合成气,筛选出催化性能最优的催化剂。结果表明,引入KCl会改善Ni-Cu-Mo-La-Al催化剂的催化性能,提高催化剂的抗氯中毒能力,有助于含氯有机废液水蒸气重整反应的进行;当KCl引入量为2%时,催化性能最好,产气量为3.28 m^(3)·kg^(-1)·h^(-1),其中H_(2)含量为65.81%,CO含量为17.92%,催化剂寿命为1152 min。该结果为非贵金属催化剂抗氯中毒研究和含氯有机废液的处理提供了一定的理论基础,同时实现了有机废液的资源化利用。 With the expansion of industrial scale in industries such as petrochemicals,textiles,printing and dyeing,pesti-cides,metal processing,leather,and food chemicals,the amount of organic waste liquid generated is increasing.How to ef-fectively treat organic waste liquid to reduce its harm to the environment has become a hot topic.Ni-Cu-Mo-La-Al catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method,and the effect of KCl introduction on its structure and catalytic performance was investigated.The catalyst with the best catalytic performance was screened by steam reforming of chlorinated organic waste liquid to produce syngas.The results show that the introduction of KCl can improve the catalytic performance of the Ni-Cu-Mo-La-Al catalyst,enhance its resistance to chlorine poisoning,and facilitate the steam reforming reaction of chlorinated or-ganic waste liquid;When the amount of KCl introduced is 2%,the catalytic performance is the best,with a gas production of 3.28 m^(3)·kg^(-1)·h^(-1),where the H_(2)content is 65.81%,the CO content is 17.92%,and the catalyst life is 1152 minutes.This result provides a certain theoretical basis for the study of non-precious metal catalysts for chlorine poisoning resistance and the treatment of organic waste containing chlorine,while also realizing the resource utilization of organic waste.
